Bad Company

While playing in my boy's room this morning, I turned on the radio, tuning it to the first station I could find with music. We landed on some rock, specifically the band, Bad Company. I was singing and dancing, entertaining my boy, not thinking much of it.

Later, during his nap, I was reading The Journey and read...
Do not be misled:
"Bad company corrupts good character".
1 Corinthians 15:33
I re-read it several times. Bad company, huh...I guess this was my verse today.
I certainly have plenty of experience validating this verse.
(my soap was growling at me this morning)
Those experiences are behind me, both in years and by the undeserved favor of my Lord.

Today, rather than being critical of myself or convicted by this verse, I instead am gracious. I am thankful for His grace and for the beautiful, beautiful people that are in my life. These people are beautiful because of their hearts, the truth that comes out of them, and from the real relationships we have with each other.
If you think I'm talking about you, I am. I love each one of you.
